What is the finished size of the Atelier in 3×3 grid configuration?
Each panel is 530 × 390 mm assembled. The Atelier in 3×3 spans approximately 1,600 mm wide × 1,200 mm tall before inter-panel spacing — a substantial wall statement.
Is the Atelier the right choice for a large feature wall?
Yes. Nine panels at 3×3 is designed for walls where the artwork should be the room. It works best on a wall with at least 1,800 mm horizontal clearance and 1,500 mm vertical clearance.
Is the mounting strip essential for the Atelier?
The mounting strip is strongly recommended for the Atelier. Hanging nine panels independently with consistent spacing is technically demanding. The slotted rail (+$40) solves alignment completely.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
One-time purchase only. You pay once for the full panel set and it ships. There is no recurring charge. A subscription product is in development separately.
How long does it take to ship?
Within 7 business days of locking your design in the Studio. All panels in a set ship together.
Can I order additional panels to expand the wall later?
Yes — within 90 days of your original order we retain the locked design. Additional panels can be ordered from the same generative session at $45 each.
What if one panel arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We reprint and reship the affected panel at no charge — the locked design ensures an exact match.
