Questions

What size are the individual puzzle panels?

Each panel is a standard 500-piece puzzle: 530 × 390 mm assembled. When hung as a triptych in horizontal_strip configuration, the full wall measures approximately 1,590 mm wide × 390 mm tall (before spacing). Hex and Atelier configurations vary by layout — the studio shows exact wall dimensions for your chosen arrangement.

How is the cohesion achieved — are the panels one image cut into pieces?

No. Each panel is a complete, self-contained 500-piece puzzle with its own image. The AI generates all panels from a single master prompt, ensuring a consistent palette, shared visual motifs, and complementary compositions. They are designed to live together on a wall, not to be joined at the edges.

What mounting options are there?

Each panel ships with standard picture-hanging hardware. The optional mounting strip (+$40) is a slotted aluminium rail that holds all panels at a consistent height and spacing — recommended for the Hex and Atelier tiers where precise alignment matters.

Can I order more panels to extend an existing wall later?

Yes, with a caveat: we retain your original wall prompt and style for 90 days. Within that window, you can request additional panels from the same generative session at the single-panel rate of $45 each. After 90 days, a new order starts fresh.

What if one panel arrives damaged?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will reprint and reship the affected panel at no charge. Because we retain the locked design, replacement panels are an exact match to the original.

Do I need to assemble the puzzles before hanging?

The puzzles are shipped flat in their slipcases, not assembled. You assemble each panel, then frame or hang it. The optional acrylic slipcases are not display frames — they are protective storage for when the puzzle is not on display.

How long does it take to ship?

Within 7 business days of locking your design. All panels in a set ship together in a single order. US-only at launch; international shipping in development.

Can I upload my own image or reference photo?

Yes. The Studio accepts a reference image alongside your text prompt. The AI interprets the reference — it does not print your photo directly — and uses it to inform palette and composition across all panels.

The wall starts with a sentence.

Describe what you want. The AI handles the cohesion. You lock the design and we ship.
